Riyadh, October 01, 2023, ROSHN Group, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has announced the commencement of sales for the latest phase of its flagship integrated community development in Riyadh, known as SEDRA. SEDRA Phase 3 is set to introduce 3,438 additional housing units to ROSHN's initial integrated development, with 1,904 units available for sale in the initial phase.
The GCEO of ROSHN Group, David Grover, emphasized the significance of this milestone, reaffirming the company's commitment to enhancing the living standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He noted that this expansion aligns seamlessly with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, addressing the growing demand for SEDRA and inviting more citizens to become part of the vibrant ROSHN community.
SEDRA Phase 3 offers prospective residents a diverse selection of floor plans and facades, including single- and multi-family configurations. The housing options range from 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses and duplexes to spacious 4- and 5-bedroom villas.
ROSHN Group places a strong emphasis on sustainability in its developments, incorporating state-of-the-art insulation, solar-powered water heaters, and efficient air-conditioning systems. Additionally, the project dedicates 12% of SEDRA's total area to open and green spaces, providing residents with access to natural features.
SEDRA is strategically located north of Riyadh, offering direct access via Kaden Road, with nearby Metro Stations F2 and A7. It is also conveniently situated near important landmarks, including the SAR railway station, Princess Nourah University, Imam Mohammed ibn Saud University, and King Khalid International Airport. The development provides direct access to ROSHN Front's shopping, leisure, and business areas.
SEDRA is part of an eight-phase development project that will contribute over 30,000 residential units to Riyadh's housing inventory, covering 20 million square meters of neighborhoods. The master planning of SEDRA incorporates elements of both nature and local heritage, with facades and streetscapes reflecting the blend of tradition and modernity, creating a community built around natural features.
