Riyadh, April 15, 2024, ROSHN Group announced today the signing of a Sale and Purchase Agreement valued at over SAR215 million with partner developer Dar Al Arkan. This agreement entails Dar Al Arkan acquiring and developing residential villas in SEDRA 1A, as stated in a ROSHN press release.
