The Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) has inked a partnership program agreement with France’s Centre Pompidou to enhance cultural cooperation. The collaboration, focusing on expertise exchange and skills transfer, aims to contribute to the establishment of a contemporary art museum in AlUla by 2027. The executive program agreement outlines a long-term partnership, fostering mutual benefits in arts, culture, science, and heritage preservation. It provides a framework for collaborative activities, exhibitions, and cultural initiatives, building on the progress made since the initial agreement signed in March for the development of the museum. Architect Lina Ghotmeh leads the design efforts for the upcoming cultural landmark.
