Tirana, November 12, 2023, The Saudi Ambassador to Albania, Faisal bin Ghazi Hefzi, along with several prominent Islamic figures from the Balkan countries, attended the conclusion of the International Holy Quran Competition for the Balkan Countries today in Tirana, the capital of Albania. The competition was organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call, and Guidance, represented by the Religious Attaché at the Saudi Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ambassador Hefzi emphasized that the competition demonstrates the level of interest the government of the Kingdom has in upholding the teachings of the Holy Qur'an. He congratulated the winners and highlighted the work that the Islamic Affairs Ministry had put into setting up such a fruitful tournament.
