Saudi ambassador delivers 7,000 Hajj meat portions to Guinea

Conakry, April 06, 2024, Dr. Fahad bin Eid Al-Rashidi, the Saudi ambassador to the Republic of Guinea, recently oversaw the presentation of 7,000 sacrificial meat portions designated for the Hajj season 1444 AH to the Republic of Guinea. This event, held in the presence of officials and media representatives, took place at the headquarters of the General Secretariat for Religious Affairs in Conakry.

During the presentation, Ambassador Al-Rashidi highlighted that this initiative, supported by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, signifies the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's commitment to facilitating Hajj rituals for pilgrims. The project, aimed at providing sacrifices, emphasizes legal and health standards while distributing meat to eligible individuals worldwide.

In response, Dr. Muhammad Al-Amin Jallow, advisor to Guinea's Minister of Religious Affairs, expressed profound gratitude for Saudi Arabia's ongoing efforts in serving Islam and Muslims globally. He specifically thanked King Salman and the Crown Prince for their support across various sectors, underscoring the strong bonds of brotherhood and cooperation between Guinea and Saudi Arabia. Dr. Jallow extended his best wishes for continued prosperity and progress in their bilateral relations.
