Riyadh, March 14, 2024, Yesterday in Riyadh, Mohammed bin Saeed Al Jaber, the Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen and Supervisor General of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction of Yemen (SPDRY), convened a meeting with ambassadors representing European Union (EU) member countries to the Kingdom.
During the gathering, they conducted a comprehensive review of Saudi Arabia's multifaceted endeavors in Yemen, spanning political, economic, developmental, and humanitarian realms. Emphasis was placed on ongoing efforts to uphold the ceasefire and facilitate humanitarian aid. Additionally, discussions centered on extending support to the United Nations (UN) special envoy for Yemen in endeavors aimed at achieving a comprehensive and sustainable political resolution for the Yemeni crisis.
