New York, September 20, 2023, On Tuesday, the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, met with the Finnish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elina Valtonen, on the margins of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 78). During their meeting at the headquarters of the permanent delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations, the two ministers discussed bilateral relations and methods to strengthen and develop them in a variety of fields, as well as aspects of consolidating bilateral and multilateral work. In addition, they discussed the most recent developments in global issues and efforts to address them.
Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan, the Saudi Ambassador to the United States of America, and Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Wasel, the Kingdom's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, witnessed the meeting.
