Manama, October 24, 2024 — In a significant meeting aimed at enhancing collaboration in the field of statistics, Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Dossari, President of the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT), convened with Mohammed Ali Al-Qaed, Chief Executive of the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) of Bahrain. The discussions took place in Bahrain and centered on strategies to strengthen joint efforts in statistical data management and methodology.


The meeting explored various opportunities for cooperation, particularly in the realm of statistical data, focusing on improving administrative records and developing innovative statistical products that align with the national development plans of both Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
