Riyadh, April 03, 2025 – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemns the Israeli Minister of National Security's storming of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of occupation police and the expulsion of worshippers. The Kingdom reiterates its condemnation of Israel's ongoing blatant violations of the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The ministry also condemns the Israeli occupation forces' attack on a clinic affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in the Jabalia camp, north of the Gaza Strip, and denounces the repeated targeting of UN and relief organizations and their personnel by Israeli forces.
The Kingdom decries these continuous Israeli violations of international law and humanitarian law and affirms its firm rejection of any actions that threaten the historical and legal status of Jerusalem and its holy sites. It also emphasizes the importance of protecting UN and relief organizations and their staff, calling on the international community to stop the Israeli war machine, which disregards humanitarian values, international laws, and norms, and to hold the Israeli occupation authorities accountable for all their violations.
The Kingdom warns that the international community’s failure to stop such serious and ongoing violations will undermine the chances of achieving peace, weaken the credibility and legitimacy of international law, and negatively affect regional and global security and stability.
