Makkah, September 01, 2023, Bassem Mohamadi, an adviser to the Grand Mufti of Kosovo, stated that Saudi Arabia has consistently inspired young Muslims all over the world to begin learning the meanings and tenets of the Holy Quran and that all Muslims in the world greatly value this effort. On the sidelines of the King Abdulaziz International Competition for the Memorization, Recitation, and Interpretation of the Holy Quran, which began in Makkah for its 43rd edition with the participation of 166 candidates from 117 nations, he made his comments in press announcements. Advisor Mohamadi extended his sincere gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince, for their kind sponsorship of the King Abdulaziz International Competition and the care and close monitoring provided by the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh, for all the programs the ministry has been implementing, particularly the use of artificial intelligence and electronic judging in the competition.
