Saudi Arabia issues new royal decrees.

- Prince Khalid bin Bandar was appointed as an advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Major General Saleh bin Al-Harbi was promoted to Lieutenant General and appointed Head of the Military Apparatus.

RIYADH, March 28, 2025 – Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz has been appointed as an advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by royal order, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency on Thursday.

In a separate royal decree, Major General Saleh bin Abdulrahman bin Samir Al-Harbi was promoted to Lieutenant General and named Head of the Military Apparatus.
