In Jeddah, the Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts hosted events that explored the history of Saudi theater, tracing its development from the 1970s to the present.
The Theater and Performing Arts Commission is dedicated to broadening the scope of performing arts, including theater, circus, comedy, ballet, and opera. Its goal is to enhance infrastructure, ensure high-quality content, and empower Saudi artists to create meaningful performances, positioning the performing arts as a key element of the nation’s cultural identity.
