London, September 12, 2023, With the help of the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI) and key partners from the public and private sectors, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is taking part in the Defense and Security Equipment International (DSEI), which is being held in London from September 12 to 15. Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Saudi ambassador to the United Kingdom, along with representatives from the defense industry and investors, opened the Kingdom's pavilion at DSEI today. Prince Khalid visited the Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI), Saudi Chemical Company Holding, and Ministry of Investment pavilions, exhibiting the country's rapid development and investments in the military industries sector.
The head of the Saudi delegation to DSEI, GAMI Governor Eng. Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Ohali, emphasized that the Kingdom's strategic participation in the exhibition aims at engaging with the sector's global leaders and also showcases the favorable investment environment by opening new horizons for collaboration with trailblazing international companies and creating partnerships between local and international military industry firms.
