Riyadh, August 28, 2023, Today, Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, the Saudi Arabian Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, and Andrzej Adamczyk, the Polish Minister of Infrastructure, signed a memorandum of understanding to expand Saudi Arabia and Polish collaboration in the field of air transportation services. According to Al-Jasser, this deal is anticipated to reinforce Saudi Arabia's position as a major global logistics hub, enhance communication, increase flying capacity between the two nations, and support tourism and trade. These goals are in line with Saudi Vision 2030, which places a strong emphasis on improving the nation's logistical capabilities. Al-Jasser also noted how the deal would advance the objectives of the National Transport and Logistics Strategy. The goal of this strategy is to improve air connectivity with other nations, with a goal of reaching 250 foreign destinations and moving 330 million people a year by 2030. The agreement aims to strengthen Saudi Arabia and Poland's collaboration in air transport services. By increasing the operational network of national carriers, strengthening the civil aviation sector strategy, and fostering international ties between the Kingdom and other nations, it aims to build legal frameworks.
