RIYADH March 29, 2025 — The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance has prepared 15,948 mosques and 3,939 open-air prayer grounds across the Kingdom for Eid Al-Fitr prayers for the year 1446 AH.

The preparations were conducted through the ministry's regional branches, ensuring full readiness through maintenance, cleaning, operations, and the implementation of safety measures.

The ministry reaffirmed its commitment to caring for houses of worship and providing worshippers with a spiritual and peaceful environment.

Officials were instructed to adhere to the Eid prayer timing, set at 15 minutes after sunrise according to the Umm Al-Qura calendar.

More than 6,000 male and female inspectors have been deployed to monitor mosques and prayer grounds to ensure full readiness ahead of Eid.

The ministry urged citizens and residents to report any service deficiencies at mosques via the Beneficiary Services Center at 1933.

Additionally, it encouraged everyone to embrace the spirit of Eid, attend prayers in congregation, strengthen family bonds, and continue engaging in virtuous deeds.
