The Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (Sarco) announces the appointment of Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Ahmed Badharis as an independent member of the Audit Committee (a member from outside the board) effective as of September 5, 2023 AD and lasting until the conclusion of the current session on April 30, 2024 AD in the minutes of the Board of Directors issued by circulation on February 20, 1445 AH corresponding to September 5, 2023 AD, provided that this appointment is presented to the first meeting of the company's general assembly for approval.
