In a demonstration of steadfast solidarity, the 20th Saudi relief plane touched down in Egypt today, carrying a substantial 39-ton cargo of relief aid, including vital food and shelter materials. The aid is slated for transport to the beleaguered Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
This humanitarian initiative reaffirms Saudi Arabia's enduring commitment to its historic role in providing support to the brotherly Palestinian people during times of crisis. Since the onset of events in Gaza, Saudi Arabia has spared no effort in aiding the Palestinians. Notably, on November 2, the Saudi leadership issued directives to launch a fundraising campaign on the Sahem Platform affiliated with KSrelief. The total donations for this campaign have now reached SAR535,222,380, reflecting the collective commitment to supporting those in need.
