Riyadh, October 04, 2023, The terrorist incident that took place in the Tahoua region of Niger, northwest of Tabatol, is severely condemned by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a statement released on Wednesday, the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its strong condemnation of the event, which took place on Monday and attacked security personnel, leaving 29 troops tragically dead and numerous more gravely injured. The ministry also sent its deepest sympathies and condolences to the Nigerian government and the families of the victims. It also underlined the Kingdom's full opposition to all manifestations of terrorism, violence, and extremism, whatever their motivations, as well as its everlasting support for Niger.
