Riyadh, September 05, 2023, Saudi Arabia will host Cityscape Global, sponsored by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing and organized by Tahaluf, from September 10–13, 2023, in Malham, north of Riyadh, with the theme "Future of Living" at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center. Over 170 countries are sending participants to Cityscape Global, which will include real estate projects from hundreds of international developers from over 21 countries as well as bring together Saudi Vision 2030's most important initiatives under one roof. Homebuyers, investors, developers, engineers, designers, investment funds, insurance firms, homeowners, and everyone else interested in real estate will visit the show. This is an outstanding opportunity because the expo will give away free homes, bank loans, and special financing offers from renowned real estate developers. Several major conferences, stages, and issues, including AI in real estate, market movements, environmental sustainability, the future of industrial assets in the Kingdom, urban planning, and many other themes, will be presented throughout the event. These include agenda-leading stages across the expo.

The pioneering Roshn Hackathon also offers prizes. The Hackathon, which is specifically designed for the real estate and technology sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, gives participants the chance to work with experienced programmers, imaginative designers, and tech experts to create fresh solutions that are in line with safety, equity, and quality and will advance the real estate industry.
There are two tracks for the hackathon: one is for startups, and the other is for brand-new, creative concepts. There will be a panel of judges made up of prominent members of the business community, including Dr. Olayan Alharbi, Group Chief Information and Digital Officer at ROSHN and Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing. Head of Strategy and Corporate Affairs of ROSHN, Jayesh Maganlal Yassen Kattan; Waseem Khashan, Partner at BIM Ventures; Rayan Alsharif; and Khalid Alohali, Customer Engineering Manager at Google Cloud, are some of the individuals mentioned.
A total of SAR 500,000 is given out for the first track, of which SAR 350,000 goes to the winner in first place and SAR 150,000 goes to the winner in second. The first-place winner of the second track receives SAR 350,000, while the second-place winner receives SAR 150,000, for a total prize money of SAR 500,000.
The winning teams will also have the chance to attend the Google Cloud official opening ceremony in Saudi Arabia and the "Innovation and Creative Thinking 10X" Google Cloud workshop, led by Khalid Alohali, Customer Engineering Manager at Google Cloud, which discusses design thinking and ways to accelerate business through innovation.
The Roshn Hackathon will run from September 10 through September 12, with a closing ceremony on September 13.
