Saudi Arabian Airlines to compete in 2023 Hankook London ePrix.

Jeddah – Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAUDIA) announces that it will compete in the 2023 Hankook London ePrix, which will be held at ExCel London, UK, on July 29 and 30, as the ninth and final event of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. Visitors will be able to make use of Sauda's cutting-edge and technological "Discover E-Zone," situated in the Allianz Fan Village.

Sauda has gladly welcomed close to 10,000 people to its activation booths in Jakarta and Rome, the locations of the two previous races, as the official airline partner of the all-electric series. Sauda's participation in the London E-Prix highlights the airline's collaboration with Formula E, which places innovation and sustainability at the forefront.

The "Discover E-Zone" initiative by SAUDIA is consistent with the airline's and Formula E's shared goals of lowering their carbon footprints. The stand, which uses AirClad technology, has a reusable primary frame and uses light, environmentally friendly materials to reduce its impact on the environment. The stand's inventive construction makes it simple to disassemble and carry from one place to another.

As part of SAU-DIA's "Take Your Seat" promotion, Formula E champion and SAUDIA ambassador for the 2023 season Stoffel Vandoorne will be on hand at the stand to meet the fans.

'We are thrilled to be part of the exhilarating Hankook London E-Prix and to welcome guests to the Discover E-Zone,'' Saudai Chief Marketing Officer Khaled Tash remarked. We are eager to interact with fans, demonstrate our passion for the game, and provide them with an unforgettable experience as they take in the final race of this amazing championship season.

Sauda and Formula E's collaboration is a result of a number of initiatives that are centered on sustainability and innovation, including the recent delivery of A321neo aircraft and the purchase of 100 Lilium electric planes.

Tash continued, "We are really pleased with our association with Formula E and are looking forward to the upcoming year. I can't express enough how much innovation and sustainability matter to SAUDIA, and we are honored to work with similar-minded organizations like the Formula E team, which has changed mobility.

As the official airline of Saudi Arabia, SAUDIA is steadfast in its dedication to providing best-in-class experiences and services while growing its route network. Currently, SAUDIA offers 43 flights each week to four UK stations, including London (Gatwick and Heathrow), Manchester, and most recently Birmingham. Saudi Arabia continues to connect the world to Saudi Arabia, making travel easier and promoting interconnectedness on a global scale.
