DAMMAM — The Saudi Arabian Football Federation has decided to only accept non-Saudi players through registration methods approved by the federation into the Roshn Saudi League clubs. The selection of non-Saudi professional players for the Saudi Pro League (SPL) will be determined using the SPL's electronic system. The permissible limit for these players is set at 8. In a recent announcement, it was revealed that the deadline for the upcoming project has been set for September 15. In a bid to bolster the transfer period and strengthen the organizational capabilities of the Roshn League, the Saudi Pro League board has announced a significant move. This strategic decision aims to create a more favorable environment for clubs and players alike. By implementing relevant regulations, the board seeks to enhance the league's role in effectively managing and overseeing the competition.
