As per the circular board resolution dated September 5, 2023, and unanimously approved on September 7, 2023, Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company, Luberef (the "Company") announces the appointment of Eng. Samer Abdulaziz M. Al-Hokail as the Company's President and CEO in place of Eng. Tareq A. Al-Nuaim.
