JEDDAH — Hamdan Al-Ghamdi, the national bodybuilding representative of Saudi Arabia, won the gold medal in the muscular physique division at the World Bodybuilding Championship, which is taking place in Santa Susana, Spain, through November 6.
Saad bin Hashim, a Saudi competitor, took fourth place in the same category, while Ibrahim Al-Najem finished sixth internationally.
With Hattan Bukhari taking third place and a bronze medal in the Muscular Physique category, the Saudi bodybuilding squad got off to a great start in the championship. In the same category, his teammate Naif Al-Basha did well as well, placing sixth overall.
