Saudi Build, Saudi Elenex Set to Open Tomorrow in Riyadh

With a $1.5 trillion project pipeline, Saudi Arabia’s booming construction sector is projected to drive 4.7% GDP growth by 2025, making the Kingdom a leader in sustainable development and economic expansion.
The 34th Saudi Build Exhibition and 25th Saudi Elenex in Riyadh, under Minister Majed Al-Hogail's patronage, is the largest regional event for the construction sector, hosting 600 companies from 31 countries.

Riyadh, November 4, 2024 – The 34th edition of the Saudi Build Exhibition, together with the 25th Saudi Elenex, has officially commenced at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC), running from November 4 to 7. Under the patronage of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majed Al-Hogail, the event stands as the largest specialized exhibition in the region for the building and construction sectors, solidifying Saudi Arabia's reputation as a premier hub for global events.


With participation from 600 companies representing 31 countries, the exhibition reflects Saudi Arabia's commitment to transforming its construction landscape. The Saudi Build Exhibition this year underscores themes of sustainability, advanced building technologies, and smart innovations, all aimed at redefining the future of the Kingdom’s infrastructure. The event supports Vision 2030 and Saudi Arabia’s bid for Expo 2030, aligning with national ambitions to lead in sustainable urban development and cutting-edge construction practices.


Saudi Arabia's construction sector has seen exponential growth, fueled by a $1.5 trillion project pipeline and steady economic expansion. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) projects a 4.7% increase in the Kingdom’s GDP by 2025, primarily driven by the surge in construction activities. This week’s event is expected to draw around 22,000 professionals, offering an unparalleled platform for industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders to collaborate, exchange insights, and explore innovative solutions that will shape the Kingdom’s future.
