Riyadh, February 19, 2024, The third installment of the Saudi Capital Market Forum 2024, themed 'Powering Growth', commenced today in Riyadh, organized by the Saudi Tadawul Group and held under the auspices of Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Financial Sector Development Program, Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan.
Participating in a dialogue session titled 'The Greatest Success Story of the 21st Century', Minister Al-Jadaan underscored the Kingdom's active engagement in multilateral global forums like the G20, the International Monetary Fund, and World Bank, aiming to foster greater cooperation and bolster the global economy.
Highlighting the resilience of the Kingdom's economy amidst various challenges, Minister Al-Jadaan pointed to its impressive credit ratings of A+ and stable or positive outlook. He also noted the evident coordination between the government, private sector, investors, and stakeholders.
The forum's agenda covers a spectrum of topics, ranging from market development and investment strategies to regulatory advancements. This emphasis underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to economic diversification and its pivotal role in shaping the future landscape of finance.
