The Coordination Council of Tawafa Companies and service providers for pilgrims departing from Saudi Arabia will be the recipients of awareness campaigns and seminars arranged by the General Directorate of Saudi Civil Defense.
The initiative's goal is to improve pilgrims' and caregivers' comprehension of prevention actions.
Workshops will be held on topics like the safety of pilgrims' accommodations, emergency response procedures during the Hajj season, and the role of the safety personnel. The goal is to make pilgrims comfortable, safe, and able to carry out their rites with convenience.

Besides offering services to pilgrims traveling out of Saudi Arabia, the General Directorate of Saudi Civil Defense would also conduct seminars and awareness programs for the members of the Coordination Council of Tawafa Companies. This program tries to spread awareness of the precautionary steps that can be taken among the pilgrims and the caretakers of the pilgrims. Multiple topics will be discussed in the seminars, ranging from the responsibilities and roles of the safety officers to the procedures followed in case of an emergency during the Hajj season. They are also going to discuss issues concerning the security of the pilgrims' accommodations. To ensure that they perform their rituals with absolute ease and comfort, the topmost priority is to ensure the comfort and safety of the pilgrims.
