Alexandria, September 24, 2023, Maj. Gen. Mohamed El-Sherif, the governor of Alexandria, other Egyptian officials, accredited consuls, celebrities, and Alexandrians all attended a celebration of Saudi Arabia's 93rd National Day that was hosted by Mazyad bin Muhammad Al-Huwaishan, the Saudi consul general in Alexandria. In his address of welcome, the Saudi Consul General emphasized the extensive progress undertaken by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, in a number of fields. Traditional folk dances were performed as part of the festival, which also included a variety of activities, talks, and interactive and heritage exhibitions.
To further honor this special event, commemorative gifts were given to the attendees.
