Justice Ministry's courts held 80,000 remote sessions using Najiz platform

Riyadh, August 06, 2023, The esteemed Justice Ministry's courts have conducted a commendable number of 80,000 judicial sessions over the course of the past seven days. These sessions were conducted remotely, utilizing the efficient and innovative "e-litigation" service available on the esteemed Najiz platform. The e-litigation service encompasses all litigation procedures as prescribed by the regulations that may be conducted electronically. These procedures include but are not limited to the exchange of notes, submission of documents, conducting remote pleading sessions through visual communication, issuance of verdicts, receipt of judgment copies, and lodging objections to rulings before the higher court. The "e-litigation" service upholds all judicial guarantees in accordance with a governance framework that ensures the proper implementation of these guarantees in a manner that aligns with the essence of this process. This enables the judicial department to conduct video-visual sessions with the participation of relevant parties through communication methods that have been approved by the ministry.

The attendance of judicial sessions can be facilitated through the utilization of the Najiz platform, which requires a swift verification process using essential features such as facial or hand prints. This efficient method not only saves valuable time and effort for the individuals involved but also helps prevent any delays or cancellations that may arise from the inability to access the platform.
