Riyadh, September 03, 2023, The Culinary Arts Commission of the Ministry of Culture will take part in the Agora Festival, which will take place in Paris from September 7 to September 10, in order to showcase the rich diversity of Saudi cuisine and support the global dissemination and promotion of culinary arts. Four areas have been designated by the commission for the event: a shopping area where well-known Saudi food products will be displayed and sold; a live cooking area where dishes like mutabbaq, luqaimat, and mandi will be prepared; a drinks area where traditional drinks made with regional ingredients will be served; and a coffee area where Saudi coffee and dates will be served. The commission will introduce attendees to Saudi hospitality and traditional goods during the event. The commission, which seeks to promote the rich cultural heritage of the Kingdom and increase the visibility of Saudi cuisine at international events, is taking part for the second time. The ministry's eagerness to advance cultural interaction, one of its strategic goals in line with Saudi Vision 2030, is the reason for its involvement.
