Saudi Culture Minister explores joint cooperation with British and German officials

In a significant diplomatic encounter, Rakan bin Ibrahim Al-Touq, the esteemed Assistant Minister of Culture in Saudi Arabia, engaged in a productive meeting with Lord Stephen Parkinson, the distinguished UK Parliamentary Under Secretary of State of the Department for Culture, Media, and Sport. This momentous event took place on Saturday, amidst the gathering of G20 Ministers of Culture in the vibrant city of Varanasi, located in the Republic of India.

In a recent meeting, the focus was on fostering bilateral cultural cooperation between two amicable nations. The key topics of discussion revolved around the involvement of the Saudi Culinary Arts Commission in the highly anticipated Taste of London Festival as well as the partnership between the esteemed Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and The Prince's Foundation School of Traditional Arts.

During the Veranasi meeting, Al-Touq had a sideline encounter with Claudia Roth, the Minister of State for Culture and the Media of the Federal Republic of Germany.
