New York, October 24, 2023, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the foreign minister of Saudi Arabia, arrived in New York today to take part in the UN Security Council high-level open debate on "the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian Question," which is being presided over by Mauro Vieira, the foreign minister of Brazil. The conference will cover the current state of affairs in Gaza and other relevant developments, the international efforts made in this regard, and the significance of safeguarding civilians and maintaining peace in accordance with international rules and standards, as well as the international efforts undertaken in this respect. Alongside the discussion, Prince Faisal will meet with select individuals in private.
