Rio de Janeiro, February 22, 2024, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, convened with French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Stéphane Séjourné, on Thursday, on the sidelines of the Group of Twenty (G20) foreign ministers' gathering in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
During their meeting, the ministers engaged in discussions aimed at bolstering bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and France across various spheres. They also delved into regional and international matters of shared interest, with particular attention directed towards the developments unfolding in the Gaza Strip and its environs.
In attendance at the meeting were Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Brazil, Faisal Ghulam, alongside Waleed Al-Ismail, the Assistant Director-General of the Office of the Foreign Minister, underscoring the significance of the diplomatic exchange.
