Riyadh, March 29, 2024, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has expressed its approval of the International Court of Justice's (ICJ) provisional measures aimed at enhancing humanitarian and relief assistance to Gaza. These measures include the opening of additional land crossings to facilitate aid delivery, with the ultimate goal of mitigating the ongoing crisis faced by civilians in the region.
Emphasizing the Kingdom's steadfast support for initiatives aimed at increasing emergency aid to Gaza, the Ministry reiterated its call upon the international community to take immediate action to halt Israeli violations of international law and humanitarian norms. Furthermore, the Ministry urged the implementation of the United Nations Security Council's resolution advocating for a ceasefire in Gaza.
