Jeddah, November 14, 2024 – The Saudi Geographical Society (SGS) has actively participated in the 10th Arab Forum on Geographical Names, held in Jeddah from November 10 to 12. Hosted by the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GASGI), the forum was organized under the theme "Strengthening Arab Relations and Ties in Geographical Names" and aimed at enhancing collaboration and knowledge exchange among Arab countries in the field of geographical studies and cartography.

The Saudi Geographical Society’s involvement at the forum was pivotal in advancing the Kingdom’s contributions to geographical knowledge and its global position within the scientific community.
