The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Climate Envoy, Adel Al-Jubeir, participated in a virtual panel discussion during the launch of the third edition of the Saudi Green Initiative (SGI) Forum. The event, held alongside the 28th UN Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Dubai, saw Al-Jubeir affirming the world's positive momentum in addressing climate change. He emphasized global cooperation, technology utilization, and open dialogue, highlighting Saudi Arabia's commitment to combating climate challenges through initiatives like the SGI and the Middle East Green Initiative, backed by a significant investment of US$186 billion. Al-Jubeir pledged ongoing efforts to advance climate-related actions.
