Cairo, November 01, 2023, The Saudi junior weightlifting team secured the championship title at the Arab Weightlifting Championship, which concluded in Cairo with the participation of more than 230 athletes from 12 Arab nations. Meanwhile, the Saudi men's weightlifting teams clinched the second position, and the Saudi women's teams of all age groups achieved third place.
In conjunction with the championship, the Arab Weightlifting Federation (AWF) convened its executive board meeting and general assembly, presided over by Mohammed Ahmad Al-Harbi, President of the Saudi Weightlifting Federation and First Vice President of AWF.
