Riyadh, September 05, 2023, In accordance with Saudi Vision 2030, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Afia International Company, a subsidiary of Savola Group, yesterday. Diese MoU calls for cooperation to enhance the services provided to visitors to the two holy mosques by training and localizing the workforce, offering consulting services, and conducting studies in the professional and training fields. Diese Memorandum of Understanding is a component of the ministry's efforts to forge alliances with pertinent organizations in support of mosque visitors and to pinpoint enablers that could enhance their experience. By conducting training programs for ministry workers, it strives to implement the role of such strategic alliances through field trips planned by trained staff. The MoU also emphasizes participation in Afia-organized events that involve employment, cooperative training, exhibitions and conferences, as well as information sharing, expert consultation, data sharing, and coordination of participation in scientific, cultural, and research activities that enhance the visitor experience and the caliber of services offered at the two holy mosques.
