The Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company announces that on August 3, 1445 AH, or February 13, 2024 AD, the Board of Directors decided to recommend to the Extraordinary General Assembly amending the company's bylaws. This decision was made in light of the issuance of the new executive regulations and system by the Capital Market Authority, as well as the new companies' systems.
