Anticipated are thunderstorms of both moderate and torrential intensity, coupled with robust winds that are set to impact multiple areas.
The affected regions include Eastern, Qassim, Hail, Northern Borders, Madinah, Jazan, and Asir, along with the eastern sectors of Najran Region, specifically Al Kharkhir. These meteorological phenomena are expected to significantly reduce visibility, posing challenges to commuters and residents alike.
Furthermore, the inclement weather is forecast to extend its reach to the Baha and Makkah regions, as well as some parts of the Riyadh Region. These areas can also anticipate thunderstorms accompanied by strong winds, leading to decreased visibility on the roads.
For those venturing out to sea, particularly in the Red Sea, it's essential to stay updated with the changing conditions. The winds in the northern and central parts of the Red Sea are expected to be northerly to northwesterly, with speeds ranging from 12 to 35 kilometers per hour. On the southern side, the winds will initially be southeasterly to southwesterly, gradually transitioning to northerly during the night, with speeds of 10 to 32 kilometers per hour.
