Saudi Scouts Association to Take Part in the Arab Scout Forum on Teaching Approaches


The sixth Arab Scout Forum for Educational Methods will be held in Cairo, Egypt, from 23-28 June 2024.


-The forum, which consists of speeches on the future of education and the digital revolution in scouting, will be attended by the Boy Scouts Association of Saudi Arabia.


- Details on the 43rd World Scout Conference, to be held in Cairo next August, will be made available at the forum.



This involvement of Saudi scouts in the sixth Arab Scout Forum for Educational Methods, taking place in Egypt from June 23 to June 28, is best described by saying: "The Saudi Boy Scouts Association comes with this event.



The planning of the forum has been left to the Arab Scout Region, and it is going to take place in the Cairo International Scout Center. The development commissioner for the Saudi Arabian Scout Boy Association explained, "There will be several points that the forum will cover." Future prospects and initiatives based on the outcome of World Scout Education Congress held in Paris during the past year, he said, will be discussed during the meeting by the participants after digital transformation and the impact on upcoming projects, and it will set new strategic goals for global scouting. The forum will also consider international educational scouting platforms and information resources which in turn can be incorporated into Arab scouting programming so as to minimize harm in scouting programs. Al-Khudair also stated that information on the 43rd World Scout Conference happening in Cairo next month will be available during the meeting.
