Riyadh, April 12, 2025, Saudi national team swimmer Mohammed Al-Zaki won first place and the gold medal in the 10km open-water race held yesterday at Qurum Beach in Muscat, Oman, as part of the third annual GCC Beach Games.


 Al-Zaki's victory marks Saudi Arabia's first-ever gold medal in swimming at the GCC Beach Games. He completed the race in 2:15:29.49.
