A member of the Saudi Taekwondo team, Dunya Abutaleb will compete for the first time in the 49-kilogram weight class at the 33rd Summer Olympic Games in Paris in 2024.
Abutaleb has been training for the games by taking part in a number of foreign athletic camps. These camps have taken place in Riyadh, Antalya, Tunis, and the Olympic Village in Paris.
One Saudi boxer who took part in the "Muay Thai" demonstration event was Al-Baraa Al-Amoudi. The purpose of the event was to introduce athletes to a sport that is not featured in the Olympic Games.

She started her preparations in Riyadh, traveled to Tunis and Antalya, and on Sunday she landed in the Olympic Village in Paris.Beginning today on the outskirts of the Olympic Games, a Saudi boxer named Al-Baraa Al-Amoudi, who is fighting in the Thai boxing event, participated in the "Muay Thai" demonstration event. There were thirty-two players from around the globe, both male and female.The goal of the competition is to introduce athletes interested in Muay Thai, a sport not featured in the Olympic Games, to one another.
