Doha, January 22, 2024, Earlier today, the Saudi national football team initiated its training regimen at its residence in Doha, gearing up for the upcoming match against Thailand scheduled for next Thursday in the third round of the Asian Cup 2023's sixth group.
Head coach Roberto Mancini oversaw the training session, orchestrating the players into two distinct groups. The first group comprised individuals who had started in yesterday's match against Kyrgyzstan, focusing on recovery exercises conducted in the health club. Simultaneously, the second group, consisting of the remaining players, engaged in training activities at the Aspire Dome. The session kicked off with warm-up exercises, followed by strength-building drills. The players were subsequently divided into two groups on the stadium's half, concluding the training session with stretching exercises. Notably, player Nasser Al-Dossari continued with his personalized training under the guidance of the fitness coach.
