Berlin, March 22, 2025 – Saudi tourism made a remarkable impression at ITB Berlin 2025, showcasing its diverse travel offerings, including wellness experiences for solo women travelers and families, as well as exciting events for youth and sports fans, reaffirming its commitment to shaping the future of global tourism.

Led by Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) CEO Fahd Hamidaddin, the Saudi delegation engaged in impactful discussions with global travel industry leaders, supporting its vision to attract 150 million visitors annually by 2030.

Over three days, Saudi Land welcomed more than 30,000 visitors, hosted over 760 business meetings, and secured key agreements with major travel and tourism stakeholders. These developments are crucial for strengthening international connectivity, advancing digital tourism solutions, and driving investment in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding tourism sector.

CEO Fahd Hamidaddin highlighted Saudi Arabia’s ambitious transformation into a global tourism powerhouse, emphasizing the growing demand for the Kingdom as a premier destination. In 2024 alone, Saudi Arabia signed over 200 agreements with partners from Europe and the Americas, attracting 4 million visitors from these regions and generating a 41% increase in spending, reaching $7.9 billion.

He described ITB Berlin as an ideal platform to connect with partners who share a vision for tourism growth and innovation. “The enthusiasm for collaboration reinforces our commitment to shaping the future of global tourism. We invite visitors, partners, and investors to explore Saudi Arabia’s unique landscapes, rich heritage, and unmatched hospitality,” he concluded.
