The Saudi Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) is set to participate in the second edition of the WorldSkills Asia 2023 Competition, represented by the General Secretariat of the National Skills Competition. The event will be held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, from November 27 to 29. The Saudi team will showcase their expertise in various skills, including Mobile Robotics, Welding, Electric Installations, and Fashion Technology.
With over 30 countries participating, the competition will feature contestants and experts competing across 27 technical and vocational skills. Dr. Adel Alzenedy, the TVTC Deputy Governor for Training, highlighted the corporation's ongoing commitment to supporting and nurturing talented individuals, enhancing their skills, and preparing them for international competitions and exhibitions. The goal is to cultivate national teams capable of making significant contributions to the development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at a global level.
