Cairo, September 6, 2023, On the eve of the third ministerial conference of the Arab-Japanese Political Dialogue, the Saudi Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Eng. Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Syria, Fayssal Mikdad, in Cairo.
