Saudia Group has confirmed its participation in the upcoming World Defense Show (WDS) 2024, scheduled to take place in Riyadh from February 4th to the 8th. The prominent aviation entity will be joined by three of its key business units—Saudia Academy, Saudia Technic, and Saudia Private—at the event, showcasing its latest offerings to the military sector and presenting future industry prospects within the Kingdom and the broader region.
At stands XB2 and RG-04, Saudia Group will welcome visitors and provide insights into the high-quality training services offered by Saudia Academy across various military sectors. Additionally, Saudia Private will highlight its ground handling services at military bases. The objectives of Saudia Technic, focused on localizing technological and industrial sectors and enhancing aircraft maintenance at the military level, will also be featured.
Attendees will have the opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge about aviation services and products available on Saudia's Boeing B787-10 and Airbus A321neo aircraft. Flyadeal, a subsidiary of Saudia Group, will participate with an Airbus A320neo aircraft. The event is expected to witness the signing of several agreements aimed at expanding Saudia Group's services at local, regional, and international levels.

Ibrahim Al-Omar, Director General of Saudia Group, emphasized the significance of the Group's presence at the World Defense Show, particularly within the context of its new era focused on increasing and developing local services in the Kingdom. This includes providing enhanced services to the military sector, such as aircraft maintenance and advanced flight training.
