Jakarta – Saudia, the national carrier of Saudi Arabia, is set to host the Saudia Travel Fair in Jakarta, Indonesia, from October 27th to 29th at Atrium Senayan City. This event serves as a platform for Saudia to showcase its destinations and unveil its latest services and innovations to its Indonesian audience.

In alignment with Saudia's goals to expand its flight network and enhance service quality for Indonesians, this fair comes on the heels of the airline's recent rebranding, symbolizing a significant transformative shift.

By organizing the Saudia Travel Fair, the airline underscores its prominence in Indonesia and highlights its range of services and products tailored to meet the needs of the Indonesian market. During the event, Saudia will introduce a new service called 'Your Ticket, Your Visa,' offering guests a convenient way to access various destinations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by combining flight tickets with visas.

Visitors can anticipate seminars, travel planning advice, insights into Umrah and Hajj packages, and information about Saudi Arabia's tourism destinations. Additionally, attendees will learn about the array of travel benefits offered by Saudia, including cashback, interest-free instalments, point redemption, and promotions.

Faisal Alallah, Saudia Country Manager for Indonesia, Singapore, and New Zealand, expressed excitement about welcoming Indonesian guests and emphasized Saudia's role as a gateway to experiencing the hospitality of Saudi Arabia. He noted the airline's commitment to becoming the preferred choice for Indonesian travelers as tourism in the Kingdom continues to thrive.

The event coincides with Saudia's comprehensive rebranding efforts, which are part of its transformation strategy aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing the overall guest experience. While paying homage to its iconic 1972 brand, Saudia's new visual identity embraces the past, present, and future, ushering in a digital transformation era. The airline's new tagline, "This is how we fly," underlines its extensive network spanning over 120 routes across Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America, with hubs in major Saudi cities.

Saudia plays a crucial role in realizing the ambitious goals of the Saudi Aviation Strategy, aiming to transport 100 million visitors annually by 2030 and establish 250 direct flight routes to and from Saudi airports while facilitating the hosting of 30 million pilgrims by the same year. Currently, Saudia operates 35 weekly flights to and from Jakarta, Indonesia.
