Saudia introduces "Branded Fares," a flexible pricing approach for diverse traveler preferences

Jeddah: Saudia, the national flag carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is introducing a new pricing approach called Branded Fares, offering a range of options tailored to the diverse preferences and needs of travelers. The airline has implemented SAVER, BASIC, SEMI-FLEX, and FLEX Fare options for Economy Class guests, and BASIC, SEMI-FLEX, and FLEX options for Business Class guests, each with unique benefits and perks. This initiative aims to provide travelers with a broader spectrum of fare choices to meet their specific travel requirements.

Arved Von Zur Muhlen, Chief Commercial Officer, emphasized Saudia's commitment to prioritizing guests and offering them an expanded array of fare choices aligned with their diverse travel needs. The introduction of Branded Fares is a significant step in providing travelers with more personalized and dynamic options, allowing them to make informed decisions based on their preferences and budget.

The new FLEX fare option offers complete flexibility, an all-inclusive fare, and enhanced AlFursan mileage benefits at a significantly lower price than before. Additionally, budget-conscious travelers can opt for the SAVER fare, which provides additional discounts compared to the regular BASIC fare for those who plan their travel in advance.

These enhancements to Saudia's product range, incorporating leading-edge technologies, reflect the airline's ongoing commitment to improving services and products. The focus is on refining and personalizing services to increase guest satisfaction and meet the evolving needs of travelers.
