SAUDIA reveals new visual identity, symbolizing modernization milestone

Jeddah, September 30, 2023, Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAUDIA) has unveiled a fresh visual identity, marking a significant milestone in its history as it embraces modernization. The new identity, unveiled at the airline's headquarters, is characterized by a profound connection to Saudi Arabia's heritage, symbolized by three distinct colors: green, representing national pride and cultural hospitality; blue, symbolizing the kingdom's skies and seas for future initiatives; and sandy brown, signifying the homeland's rich heritage.

The launch event, attended by dignitaries, government officials, aviation experts, and the media, took place on September 30th, commemorating the anniversary of King Abdulaziz's first flight aboard a "Saudi Arabian" DC-3 aircraft. SAUDIA's new identity reaffirms its dedication to human resources development and the nation's growth.

Ibrahim bin Abdulrahman Al-Omar, Director General of SAUDIA Group, emphasized the airline's transition into a distinctive era, tracing its humble beginnings with a single aircraft to becoming one of the region's largest carriers with a fleet exceeding 140 planes, connecting regions within Saudi Arabia and over 100 destinations across four continents. This transformation underscores SAUDIA's regional prominence.
